Availability The cottage is available the following dates: Summer 2010: The following weeks are currently available. June 19 - 26 June 26 - July 3 Fall - Winter (Off Season) All dates starting September 18th through the Spring of 2011 are available at this time. Thank-you Rates In Season: June through the end of August. $1800 per week (Saturday to Saturday) Off Season: September through end of May $750 per week Off-season Weekends: Minimum two-day stay 2 people: $200 per day 3-4 people: $250 per day PLEASE: No smokers or pets
